These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Reflect at https://reflect-marketing.vercel.app (the “Service”). By using Reflect, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Reflect helps managers and employees capture and organize feedback after one-on-one meetings. We use Google OAuth and, with permission, integrate with Google Calendar and Gmail to power meeting-based reflections and feedback delivery.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
3. Account Registration
Sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
4. Acceptable Use
- No unlawful, harmful, or abusive use of the Service.
- No access to non-public areas or interference with our infrastructure.
- No attempts to circumvent permissions or misuse Google OAuth.
5. Use of Google Services
Reflect integrates with Google APIs under these scopes:
- Calendar.readonly — identify one-on-one meetings.
- Userinfo.email — authenticate your account.
- Gmail.send — send feedback requests and notifications.
Your use must also comply with Google’s API Services User Data Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all content and technology, is owned by Reflect or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
7. Termination
You may stop using Reflect at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or as required by law.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reflect is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reflect and its affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
